Welcome to NexaBI Ltd (“NexaBI,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, products, consulting services, and any other solutions we provide related to business intelligence, data analytics, or Power BI (“Services”). By engaging with NexaBI, you agree to these Terms.
NexaBI Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16835186, with its registered office at 24 Hazelden Road, Rownhams, Southampton, SO16 8DJ, United Kingdom.
We provide professional consultancy, dashboard design, automation, and support related to Microsoft Power BI and data reporting platforms. Our services are provided on a project, retainer, or hourly basis as defined in client agreements or quotations.
NexaBI undertakes to perform all services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence in accordance with recognised professional standards. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
All invoices are issued by NexaBI Ltd in GBP (£). Payments must be made via authorised channels (bank transfer, Wise Business, or Stripe) according to the payment terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
All original content, dashboards, training materials, and visual assets created by NexaBI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables within the agreed scope of work.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared information. NexaBI complies fully with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
NexaBI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant engagement.
Either party may terminate an agreement in writing with 14 days’ notice. Any fees for completed work up to the termination date remain payable in full.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
