At NexaBI Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality business intelligence and Power BI consulting services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring service adjustments or refunds.

1. Consultancy Services

Our services are digital, customised, and delivered on a project or retainer basis. Therefore, completed consultancy work is non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the client.

2. Advance Payments

If an engagement is cancelled prior to commencement, a refund may be issued for any unused portion of advance payments, less any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.

3. Subscription or Retainer Agreements

For ongoing or monthly support contracts, clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. Refunds are not available for partially completed billing periods.

4. Digital Deliverables

Any reports, dashboards, or templates provided are intangible and considered delivered once access or download links are shared. Refunds are only considered in cases of proven technical defect or delivery error.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction, clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will attempt to rectify the issue promptly and fairly.
